In June 2010, our rope skipping head coach leaded a team of Singapore rope skippers to Australia, Gold Coast to take part in the 2010 Australia National Rope Skipping Championships.
The trip was very rewarding and the experiences were life long for the skippers. The skippers were exposed to overseas competition formats and standards, they were able to match their Australia counterparts and achieve good results . Not only they did well in the competition, they were also exposed to the different training methods and skills of the rope skipping clubs and teams from Australia and certainly made some new friends.The skippers bought back knowledge and experiences that they can share with their teammates to improve their preparation for future competitions.
